沉积物0-100cm深度是盐沼湿地演化发育的重要地层,对该深度的盐沼湿地土壤取样非常必要。盐沼湿地常被芦苇等典型盐沼湿地植被覆盖,并且植被密度大,芦苇根在土壤近表面形成一层结实的须根层,现有的取样器穿透该层困难。盐沼湿地比较松软,现有的取样器容易造成样品深度失真。另外,现有的取样器里面的土壤样品后期获得是通过用切割机切开取样器后取出样品,切割机刀片极易与土壤样品接触,并切割的取样器会产生粉末,都在一定程度上污染了土壤样品,不利于后期工作的开展。对于地质取样,一次获取的样品越多,测试分析参数越多,取样深度越深,研究的年代越久远,越有利于科学研究,这就要求一次取样过程中可能取到更多的样品,更深的样品。现有的取样器一般靠土壤的粘性和与取样器之间的摩擦力将样品带出,对于柱状样品来说,土壤体积越大,自重越大,靠土壤的粘性和与取样器之间的摩擦力无法取到较深的样品,因此,现有的取样器的取样深度较浅,取样直径较小。沉积物0-100cm深度是盐沼湿地演化发育的重要地层,对该深度的盐沼湿地土壤取样非常必要。目前还没有一种有效的取样工具能快速有效的取得0-100cm盐沼湿地的未扰动土壤样品。
