一种立体织物制造技术

一种立体织物，其由经纱和纬纱交织而成，具有表层（a，d）、中间层（c，f，g）和里层（b，e），每根经纱存在于表层（a，d）、中间层（c，f，g）以及里层（b，e）中，且按照表、中、里、中的顺序作为一个循环，依次与表层纬纱、中间层纬纱、里层纬纱及中间层纬纱交织，形成各自独立的表层面料、中间层面料及里层面料，该立体织物生产工艺简单易行，成本低廉，填充后布面厚度均一、平整，保暖性能优越。

A three-dimensional fabric consisting of warp and weft yarns interwoven with a surface (a, d), an intermediate (c, f, g) and an inner (b, e) layer. Each warp exists in the surface (a, d), an intermediate (c, f, g) and an inner (b, e) layer, and acts as a cycle in the order of the surface, the middle, the middle and the surface. Weft yarn, middle weft yarn, inner weft yarn and middle weft yarn are interwoven to form separate surface, middle and inner fabric. The three-dimensional fabric has simple production process, low cost, uniform thickness and flat surface after filling, and excellent warmth retention performance.
