The invention relates to a precise heat treatment quenching process for high carbon chromium tool steel precision parts, which belongs to the field of tool steel material heat treatment. It is aimed at a two-edge punching part in a precise die. The material is a high carbon and high chromium ledeburite cold working die steel ASSAB XW 5 imported from Sweden, and its main alloy composition is 2.05% C 12.5. The material of%Cr 1.3%W 0.8%Mo 0.3%Si provides a precise heat treatment quenching process; different tempering temperatures are adopted according to different hardness requirements of workpiece to meet the smaller design hardness difference required by the two knife edges of precision die, and different thickness of workpiece has different holding time to ensure its hardening reliably. Property and precise control of the homogeneous and stable grain refinement structure in the material can make the parts wearable, long life, high reliability and dimensional stability, and meet the requirements of the precision parts. It is mainly solved by the following steps and technical schemes: (1) putting the parts with thickness difference less than 5 mm into the quenching furnace and preheating them twice to 1.
