It consists of a tray rotating motor fixed on the tray support, a tray lower sleeve rotatable on the tray support, a tray upper sleeve connected with a grinding tray, a tray upper sleeve lower end fixed with the tray upper sleeve upper end, a tray upper rotating shaft located in the tray upper sleeve, and a tray rotation spring located under the tray upper sleeve. In the sleeve, the upper end of the rotating shaft of the tray is fixed with the grinding tray, and the upper shaft of the tray is connected with the tray rotation spring, the lower shaft of the tray and the tray rotation motor in turn. The tray deflection mechanism includes the tray deflection motor installed on the tray support or worktable, and the center line of the sleeve on the tray and the lower sleeve of the tray. The center lines are arranged in parallel with each other, and the output end of the tray deflection motor is connected with the lower sleeve of the tray through a belt. The invention is capable of grinding the ends of a single bristle on the brush body.
