现有大轴颈双吸离心泵多采用稀油润滑,通过甩油环将润滑油甩至油环座,再从油环座流至轴承内部进行润滑,现有技术所采用的甩油装置通常由紧定螺钉1’、油环座2’、甩油环3’、限位螺钉4’等零件组成,轴上紧挨地安装轴承和油环座,油环座的靠近轴承的左端通过紧定螺钉与轴固定,油环座的中间部分设有环形的凹槽,甩油环套在该凹槽上,限位螺钉固定于轴承体上且沿径向对应油环座的左端设置来挡柱甩油环。主要存在如下几点缺陷:1、甩油环限位不可靠。现有装置中虽然设计安装了限位螺钉,但是只能限制甩油环跳至轴承端,而不能限制甩油环另一方向的位置,甩油环随时都有跳出油环座的危险,而使装置失效,轴承得不得润滑,轴承发热,严重时直接导致轴承烧毁。2、供油量不足。现有装置中甩油环将油甩至油环座,凹槽的靠近油环座左端的壁为圆锥面,在泵高速旋转时,该圆锥面有一很微小的离心力,将油输送至轴承端。在油往轴承端输送时还会遇到四个紧定螺钉的阻挡。此种输油方式产生的输送力不够,导致到达轴承的润滑油量不足。
