The straight shank section at the end is inserted into the assembly formed by the pressure ring and the guide sleeve, and then installed in the intake valve seat as a whole; the intake valve core and the exhaust valve core of the relay are provided with a through hole at the center of the through hole, which is butted with the diaphragm seat central through hole of the relay to form an exhaust passage, and the exhaust passage is provided with a through hole and a relay. In the invention, the inlet valve seat can be used as a relay with axial movement, the length of the valve core can be adjusted relatively, and the effective working area of the inlet valve core is small, so that the output backlash decreases, the sudden jump value occurring during the transition of the two working conditions decreases, the insensitive area narrows, and the leakage flow balance point is far from the working range of the relay.
