The invention discloses a back electrode heterojunction solar cell and a preparation method thereof, wherein the back electrode heterojunction solar cell comprises a crystal silicon substrate, a heterojunction part and a back electrode part, a light trapping layer is formed on the front of the crystal silicon substrate, an antireflective film is deposited on the light trapping layer, and the heterojunction part is located at the back of the crystal silicon substrate. Including intrinsic amorphous silicon film layer, P-type amorphous silicon film layer and N-type amorphous silicon film layer, conductive film is deposited on P-type amorphous silicon film layer and N-type amorphous silicon film layer, and part of back electrode is deposited on the conductive film. On the other hand, it maintains the advantage of no positive grid in the back electrode battery and overcomes the disadvantage of complex manufacturing process of the conventional back electrode battery.
