一种网络设备、终端设备、多播业务的配置方法和接收方法，以提高终端设备接收多播业务质量。一种终端设备包括：接收模块，用于接收多播业务在第一小区发送时使用的第一配置信息和在第二小区集合中每一个第二小区发送时分别使用的第二配置信息；处理模块，用于从第二小区集合中选择第二小区；接收模块，还用于针对多播业务的同一数据内容，按照第一配置信息从第一小区，以及按照第二配置信息从选择的第二小区，接收多播业务的数据包；处理模块，还用于将多播业务的同一数据内容的数据包进行合并。终端设备可获知本小区和其他小区多播业务的配置，进而从多个小区接收同一多播业务，提高多播业务通信质量。

For the same data content for multicast traffic, data packets from the first cell and the selected second cell according to the second configuration information are received; the processing module is also used to merge the data packets of the same data content of the multicast service.
