A preparation method of the liposome comprises: (1) dissolving the encapsulated substances and phospholipids in the organic solvent, obtaining the organic phase, and then mixing with the aqueous phase to get the liposome liquid; (2) the liposome liquid is squeezed through the polycarbonate membrane in step (1); (3) cold drying.
