由于支架现浇施工占地多、对环境影响大,难以满足绿色、快速化施工要求;而预制装配式桥梁具有工厂化程度高、标准化生产质量好、施工速度快、工程造价低及绿色环保等特点,在桥梁上、下部结构中逐渐得到推广和运用。而桥梁下部立柱推行预制装配化施工最关键的技术难点则是在于立柱根部与承台连接部位的构造处理。现有技术的预制装配式结构中,预制立柱和承台的连接主要通过灌浆套筒实现钢筋连接,拼装接缝位于柱底与承台顶交界面,钢筋套筒位于承台上的预制立柱底部区域。由于桥梁用灌浆套筒尺寸大,单根钢筋连接套筒外径一般达70~100mm,且长度达800mm左右,造成套筒与立柱混凝土截面匹配及协同受力性能差,尤其是与外侧保护层混凝土无法良好结合,在滞回往复荷载作用下,立柱底部混凝土保护层容易脱落。同时,由于预制立柱拼装接缝位于柱底与承台顶交界的最不利受力部位,在纵向水平力及地震等荷载作用下,上述钢筋混凝土立柱底拼装接缝边缘出现反复拉压应力,形成薄弱环节,结构抗震等受力性能差。因此,需要设计一种半灌浆钢筋连接套筒,该连接套筒的上部预埋在立柱内,底部可埋入承台内,保证预制立柱与承台可靠连接,不在柱底形成薄弱截面,保护层混凝土不易剥落,满足强震等不利工况下的连接性能要求。
