流延成型技术常用于制备薄膜。目前,常用的溢出式流延技术一般是将配制好的浆料注入流延液槽,待液槽注满浆料后,浆料溢出流动至专用基带,并被刮刀刮压出一定厚度的膜带,经干燥、固化后从基带上剥下成为生坯薄膜。然而现有的流延装置,如图1所示,其液槽1的进液口2一般设置在液槽的背面,如此,会造成在供浆时液槽中间区域的浆料比两侧的浆料具有更快的流动速度。浆料在溢出流延时由于两侧浆料流动速度慢,浆料中的溶剂在相同时间内挥发得多,导致两侧区域的浆料与中间区域的浆料的实际组份产生差异,且具有不同的等势点(等势点指浆料的物化性质和流动速度),最终造成在烧结过程中生坯的不同区域收缩不一致,使薄膜成品在局部产生应力集中,影响薄膜成品的质量。
