本发明专利技术公开了一种硫化锌光催化纳米材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将摩尔比为1:0.25~4:2~5的可溶性锌盐、氟化铵、硫代乙酰胺溶于水,配制成前驱体溶液;(2)所述前驱体溶液经超声波辐照反应后,再静置过滤,过滤物经洗涤后干燥,即得到所述的硫化锌光催化纳米材料。本发明专利技术方法制备过程工艺简单、操作方便、安全可靠,可直接在常压下经一步液相过程得到花状多孔硫化锌结构;而且环境友好,未采用任何有机溶剂或表面活性剂为模板,而是以硫代乙酰胺分解产生的气体为模板,在氟化铵的辅助下自组装形成花状多孔硫化锌纳米结构。所制备的ZnS在紫外光下可使甲基橙快速降解,降解率在1小时内可达到的98%。
