一种IGBT参数辨识方法、死区补偿方法及逆变装置,无需根据采样信号来判断电流方向,不会存在往复过零现象,避免了对于补偿效果的影响。同时不需要额外增加硬件检测板就能准确辨识出用于死区补偿的IGBT参数,避免硬件电路导致的延时情况。并且辨识出的IGBT参数同时包括死区时间和开关器件导通压降;且死区时间包括软件设置死区时间和IGBT导通、关断延迟时间,为软件设置死区时间与IGBT导通延迟时间的和,再减去IGBT关断延迟时间的差值,将辨识得到的死区时间和开关器件导通压降作为IGBT参数对逆变电路进行死区补偿,使得逆变电路的输出电压更接近理想输出电压,从而获得较好的输出性能。
