细均化器是一种将原液中的黄酸脂磨碎的装置,主要通过变换细均化器磨盘间隙,反复研磨达到将黄酸脂磨碎。由细均化器主机、电机、电机底座、伺服机构组成。细均化器主机及电机安装在底座上。电机通过联接轴带动主机转动。细均化器内有主动和从动磨盘,细均化器的作用是把两个研磨盘(分定盘和动盘)之间的黄酸脂磨碎,为下道后溶解工序做准备。排料接管端是固定的(定盘)。驱动端是转动的(动盘)。细均化器调节研磨盘的距离分:“宽”位和“窄”位。“宽”位:盘距约4mm,“窄”位:盘距约2mm。来自黄化机的黄酸脂在预粉碎机中被粉碎,然后卸料泵将它泵到“宽”位细均化器,经过细均化器研磨后进入储料桶中储存过渡。待整个黄化机中的黄酸脂都经“宽”位细均化器研磨后进入储料桶中,再由循环泵将储料桶中的黄酸脂粘胶体送入“窄”位细均化器研磨循环约6次,完成本工序。细均化器是通过调整不同的研磨盘距离而达到不同的研磨效果。细均化器上的不同的研磨盘距离是通过转动蜗杆,并传动蜗轮带动动盘移动的。来自预粉碎机的黄酸脂将在细均化器中的固定盘和转动盘之间破碎。目前细均化器研磨盘的间隙是由动盘调整。调整时动盘在旋转,这样以来轴与填料之间的密封很容易磨损,泄漏。
