燃煤锅炉三大污染物的脱除主要是采用电除尘(ElectrostaticPrecipitator,ESP)收集烟尘,采用选择性催化还原和选择性非催化还原脱硝,选择性催化还原(SelectiveCatalyticReduction,SCR)是在催化剂作用下,利用NH3、尿素等还原剂将NOx选择性地生成N2和H2O的技术;非选择性催化还原(SelectiveNon-catalyticReduction,SNCR)是将NH3等还原剂在高温下将NOx还原为N2的技术。湿法脱硫有石灰石石膏法及氨法(FlueGasDesulfurization,FGD)等,燃煤烟气先在高温下SCR脱硝,再ESP除尘和FGD脱硫。目前无论是SCR还是SNCR都存在氨逃逸问题,为了在不增加SCR催化剂下提高脱硝效率和协同ESP和FGD实现燃煤锅炉超低排放,对原电除尘改造实现高效除尘及烟气气态污染物氧化,不仅可避免未反应NH3的逃逸、SO2的催化氧化所造成的设备堵塞及二次污染,而且可提高脱硝效率、改善FGD氧化、提高除尘效率和实现复合污染协同控制。综上所述,目前电除尘的功能只是除尘,而脱硝有氨逃逸和SO2氧化的二次污染问题。可以采取对原电除尘的后电场进行高压电源及电极改造,实现除尘氧化一体化,氧化后的气态污染物可在FGD中吸收,从而达到复合污染的同时控制。
