5-甲基四氮唑是一种重要的化工产品。工艺流程简述:在反应釜中投入定量的乙腈、叠氮化钠、三乙胺盐酸盐和催化剂三乙胺,在低压下进行反应,反应充分加水进行分层,分层析出三乙胺回用,三乙胺回收完全后,剩余物料加入浓度为30%氢氧化钠溶液进行碱化,碱化析出的三乙胺作为副产品;析出三乙胺后的物料投入36.5%的盐酸和亚硝酸钠进行酸化,酸化过程中有废气产出;酸化后进行减压浓缩,减压浓缩时产生的水蒸汽冷凝后回用于分层工段;浓缩到所需要的浓度后采用离心分离,离心分离出高浓度废水;离心后物料用乙醇进行溶解,溶解后进行压滤,压滤时有盐产出;滤盐后的母液进行浓缩,浓缩时蒸发出的乙醇回用;浓缩后进行离心分离,分离出产品和高浓度母液;高浓度母液作为固废产出,精品干燥后作为产品产出,干燥时有废气。
