Special anti-skid device for connecting rod
The connecting rod connects the piston and the crankshaft and transfers the force of the piston to the crankshaft, turning the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotational motion of the crankshaft. The connecting rod group is composed of a connecting rod body, a connecting rod big head cover, a connecting rod small head bushing, a connecting rod, a big head bearing bush and a connecting rod bolt (or screw). The connecting rod group bears the force acting on the piston pin and its swing and the reciprocating inertia force of the piston group, and the magnitude and direction of these forces are periodically changed. Therefore, the connecting rod is subjected to alternating load such as compression and tension. The connecting rod must have sufficient fatigue strength and structural rigidity. The lack of fatigue strength often results in fracture of the connecting rod or connecting rod bolt, thus causing a serious accident of the whole machine. If the stiffness is not enough, it will cause the bending deformation of the rod and the deformation of the big part of the connecting rod, resulting in partial wear of the piston, cylinder, bearing and crank pin. The invention provides an important part of a connecting rod milling end face and honing grinding tooling.

技术介绍
连杆是连接活塞和曲轴，并将活塞所受作用力传给曲轴，将活塞的往复运动转变为曲轴的旋转运动。连杆组由连杆体、连杆大头盖、连杆小头衬套、连杆大头轴瓦和连杆螺栓（或螺钉）等组成。连杆组承受活塞销传来的气体作用力及其本身摆动和活塞组往复惯性力的作用，这些力的大小和方向都是周期性变化的。因此连杆受到压缩、拉伸等交变载荷作用。连杆必须有足够的疲劳强度和结构刚度。疲劳强度不足，往往会造成连杆体或连杆螺栓断裂，进而产生整机破坏的重大事故。若刚度不足，则会造成杆体弯曲变形及连杆大头的失圆变形，导致活塞、汽缸、轴承和曲柄销等的偏磨。本专利技术提供一种连杆铣端面，孔珩磨的加工工装的重要零件。
技术实现思路
本专利技术解决以上不足，起到固定连杆的作用。同时凹槽用于增加摩擦，防止连杆滑动。方案实施说明：实施例1：根据连杆长度调整好活动V型块的距离，将工件安装到工装上，把压紧螺钉调整到合适的高度，启动液压站，按下压紧按钮，油缸做出相应动作，压紧工件，完成加工后，松开压板取下工件。同时凹槽用于增加摩擦，防止连杆滑动。附图说明图1是防滑体零件简图。
