火力发电企业在燃煤过程中会产生大量的含硫烟气,放空会污染空气,对含硫烟气进行处理,不仅有利于环境保护,而且在处理的过程中可产生高品质的石膏附产品,现有系统传输和过滤机构由过滤带和胶带组成,胶带通过变频调控驱动机构驱动循环运转,滤带通过压紧机构随胶带同步运转,石膏浓缩流液首先进入过滤带机构,随过滤带向前推进的同时,液体物质穿过过滤带进入胶带机构,石膏固体物质被滞留在过滤带表面继续向前推进,在推进的过程中不断有液态物质被吸附到胶带系统,在过滤带末端,设置多级湿度检测装置,根据检测分析结果,实时调整胶带转速,经该系统全过程的吸附分离后,滞留在过滤带表面的固体物质被脱水至含水量控制在5%以内,从而变成石膏直接送入收集系统。胶带机构在驱动过滤带运转的同时,将液态物质引入真空分离系统,真空分离系统由真空泵、压力容器、密封机构、压力自动调节系统、管道等部分组成。进入该系统的液态物质通过专用泵系自动送回吸收塔。在那里液态物质中残留的石灰石被进一步溶解,小颗粒的石膏晶体可进一步长大,带有石膏晶体颗粒的浆液被送至水力旋流器,旋流器分离后继续送入吸附式传动分离系统,如此循环过滤,直至液态物质中含有的石膏成分达到规定的指标。现有的吸附式传动分离系统存在许多不足1、由于经过过滤带分离出来的石膏有严格的含水率要求,需要通过人工定期抽取石膏样,送到专门的化验室进行含水量分析,根据分析结果人工调整胶带驱动机构的转速,才能基本满足含水率的要求。而这种满足也是暂时的,因为该机构不能保证石膏浆液进入 ...
